Conditions applicable to the stay and use of the facilities Check-in / Check-out Check-in must be done from 15:00 until 22:00.
Check-in outside these hours must be done by prior arrangement. If this is the case, please contact us.
Check-in not carried out until 22:00, without prior agreement, will be considered as a no-show and Cenário Comum, Lda reserves the right to charge the reservation as if it were an actual stay.
To check in, our guests must be accompanied and show a valid photo ID.
The maximum occupancy of the studios may not be exceeded under any circumstances. Studios must be vacated by at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If the studio is not vacated by 11:00 am, Cenário Comum, Lda reserves the right to charge 50% of the daily price of the studio on the day of departure. If the studio is vacated after 15:00, the full price will be charged. Cenário Comum, Lda is not responsible for any object forgotten in the accommodation after the guest's check-out.
Payment method
The payment of the amount of the stay is made by Credit card. Confirmation The amount of the stay is the one indicated in detail on the booking confirmation. After receiving payment of the total amount of the reservation, Cenário Comum, Lda will send a confirmation by e-mail, to the e-mail address provided by the guest at the time of booking.
The amount of the stay will not be refunded once payment has been made.
Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be made in writing, by email.
If the cancellation is made 30 days before the booking date, only the transaction fees associated with the payment, supported by the company, will be charged. In this situation, the refund will be made within approximately 10 days.
In case of premature departure, the guest will not be refunded.
Changes to the original reservations are subject to availability, but do not incur the payment of any fee, as long as they are made at least 30 days in advance of the check-in date.
If we are forced to cancel any reservation for reasons not attributable to you, the guest will receive a full refund of the amounts paid, and Cenário Comum, Lda will not assume any additional responsibility arising from such cancellation.
Children All children are welcome.
Children between 0 and 12 years old pay 12€ per night
All people under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Pets Pets are not allowed in the studios.
Guest behaviour
Guests must behave appropriately throughout the duration of their stay, including refraining from:
disturbing the comfort and peace of other guests;
disturb the proper functioning of Cenário Comum, Lda;
offending other guests or employees;
damage the studio or any objects or utensils belonging to it;
to remove or take out of the studio any object or utensil that belongs to it;
make noise in order to disturb the rest period of other guests, between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am; introduce third parties into the studio in such a way as to exceed the limit of occupants of the studio;
introduce animals into the studio; introducing firearms, drugs and any other illegal items into the studio; use the studio for any purposes contrary to the law.
Cenário Comum, Lda reserves the right to the right to refuse accommodation or to demand the immediate abandonment of the studio to any guest who behaves in any of the above. In this case, Cenário Comum, Lda will not reimburse the guest for the value of the stay not enjoyed or any other loss or expense incurred by him. Safety rules The guest must take into account the basic safety rules to avoid fires and other accidents that may endanger their health, as well as that of other guests. Guests should also take all necessary precautions to prevent improper access to the studio, as well as the occurrence of theft. It is advisable to check that all doors and windows are closed before leaving the premises. For your own safety, pay special attention to the front door of the building and ensure that it is always properly closed. If you are travelling by car, it is essential not to leave any visible objects inside the vehicle. Responsibility / Final provisions Cenário Comum, Lda reserves the right to terminate the contract without prior notice, in case the guest uses the studio for a different purpose or that does not respect the requirements described in these Terms and Conditions, without any refund. Although CenaComum, Lda has endeavoured to ensure that all information on its website and any other booking platforms is correct, it reserves the right to change, replace or withdraw any service or amenity at any time, without prior notice. Cenário Comum, Lda will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any object left in the studio, as well as does not assume any responsibility for money or valuables. Guests can use the free wifi provided, but Cenário Comum, Lda is not responsible for any failure in the service or for any damage suffered by the guest's computer or other electronic device.
